Responsibilities:
- Certified Occupational Therapists Assistants will provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist.
- will develop and improve the skills needed for the daily functioning of your patients
- will prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries as required
- will implement and document patient status under the direction of OT and Rehab Director
- Certified Occupational Therapists Assistants will monitor patient’s performance in therapy activities, providing encouragement
- Certified Occupational Therapists Assistants will supervise patient’s activities to ensure they are done properly
