Location: AZ, 85006
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 8, 2026)
Pay Rate: $1,987 – $2,230 per week
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Provide acute care physical therapy to hospitalized patients
Evaluate, treat, and monitor patient mobility and function
Develop care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Educate patients on recovery and discharge planning
Active AZ Physical Therapist license required
Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience required
BLS certification required
