Associate Attorney, Litigation

Job Opportunity: Litigation Attorney (2–5 Years of Experience)

Our client is seeking a talented attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in toxic tort, general litigation defense, and some employment defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings and dispositive motions
• Draft and respond to written discovery and discovery motions
• Attend court hearings and argue motions
• Conduct and defend depositions of both fact and expert witnesses
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
• Prepare trial documents and submissions
• Provide analytical insight and strategic recommendations
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
