Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Document assessments, treatments, and nursing interventions accurately
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain compliance with facility policies and all state and federal regulations
Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality resident care
