About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assessing residents' physical and emotional needs
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Providing wound care and management
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri

• Ability to work a flexible evening shift schedule

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
