As an HVAC Technician on our team, you'll handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across residential and light-commercial systems, working directly with the people who rely on us to get it right.
This role is equal parts technical skill and human connection. You'll diagnose problems, deliver solutions, and explain what's happening in a way that earns trust. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, believes in doing the job right the first time, and shows up ready to work hard for customers who'll remember how you treated them.
What You'll EarnThis is a performance-based pay structure designed to reward skill, productivity, and quality work. Our technicians currently average $40$60 per hour, with compensation built from base pay on service and maintenance calls plus commissions and spiffs for qualified sales and strong performance. Weekly pay. Overtime eligible.

- Perform routine maintenance on residential and light-commercial HVAC systems, including inspections, cleanings, and component replacement
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues, then determine the most effective repair path
Complete repairs efficiently and safely, following all codes, regulations, and company quality standards
Test and calibrate equipment to confirm systems are running within manufacturer specs
Communicate clearly with clients explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations in plain language
Identify opportunities for upgrades that improve energy efficiency, comfort, or system performance
Document each job thoroughly: findings, parts used, work completed
Respond promptly to service calls and manage your time well across a full day's work
Collaborate with teammates on complex jobs and help uphold our safety and service standards
- Hands-on experience with residential and light-commercial HVAC systems maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant systems, including the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers
A safety-first mindset and professionalism in how you handle tools, materials, and customer homes
Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces
Reliability, strong time management, and a positive attitude under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
Valid HVAC technician certification or license as required by Texas regulations
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
EPA certification for refrigerant handling (preferred, or willingness to earn)
Experience with advanced HVAC systems and smart technology integration is a plus
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
