Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising PT
- Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Accurately document treatments and resident progress in Net Health
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Ohio PTA license
- SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, flexible, and motivated clinician
- Passion for helping residents achieve their highest level of function
