As the Nutrition Services Director at Accel at Crystal Park, you will have oversight of the facility’s Nutrition Services Department operations.

Nutrition Services Director Responsibilities:
As the Nutrition Services Director, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory and facility standards, clinical documentation, and staffing and budget compliance.
Planning, directing, or coordinating activities of nutrition services department
Monitoring compliance with health and fire regulations.
Coordinating assignments of nutrition services personnel
Maintaining standards for personnel performance and customer service
Requirements:
Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian required
Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
Experience in a long-term care setting, preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexible and able to set priorities with minimal supervision
