Location: Fuquay Varina, NC
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM
Pay: $19.00 per Hour

Responsibilities as a Cutter Operator:
As a Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cutting equipment to meet production demands and customer specifications. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating cutter machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintaining production output while meeting quality standards
- Inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality
- Changing cutter blades and performing routine machine maintenance
- Keeping work areas, equipment, and materials clean and organized
- Coordinating workflow with production scheduling teams
- Following all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Assisting with additional production-related tasks as needed
Requirements for the Cutter Operator:
- Proven experience operating industrial cutting equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Stand for an 8 hour shift
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
