Job Description
We are hiring a School Psychologist to support an elementary school in Tacoma, WA. This MondayFriday, full-time, school-year position focuses on helping students access academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support.
Location: Tacoma, Washington
Schedule: Full-Time | School Hours | MondayFriday
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations
Present findings and recommendations in IEP meetings
Support MTSS implementation and Tier 13 intervention planning
Conduct FBAs and assist in Behavior Intervention Plans
Provide short-term counseling, crisis response, and safety planning
Partner with families, teachers, counselors, and administrators
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA timelines
Qualifications
Valid WA ESA School Psychologist certification
Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
School-based experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
