This role offers scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to work with residents focused on improving functional ability and independence.What You'll Do:Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational TherapistAssist residents with self-care tasks, mobility activities, and therapeutic exercisesReinforce adaptive strategies and safety techniques during treatment sessionsObserve resident progress and communicate updates to the OTComplete accurate and timely documentationQualifications:Active COTA license requiredSkilled nursing experience preferred but not requiredDirect Hire.
