Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center is searching for a Rehab Tech who loves connecting with and helping people, thrives when busy and is highly detail oriented. We are looking for a top notch candidate who would be a great complement to our team.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• Answer telephone and make appointments for therapy services. Provide relevant information about clinic services.

• Stock inventory and supplies.

• Manage daily therapy scheduling.

• Maintain client charts, consent forms and intake forms.

• Manage new referrals and physician communication regarding patient care.

• Maintain clinic premises neat and a good working environment.

• Provide high-quality customer services with clients.

• Follow COVID sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

• CNA license preferred

• Customer Service experience

• High school graduate or Associates

Skills:

• Must be able to multi-task and enjoy being busy

• High levels of Accuracy and Attention-to-Detail

• High level of customer service orientation

• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to follow through with tasks

• Great verbal and written communication skills

• High technical ability
