Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized therapy plans
Work closely with nursing and dietary teams
Maintain accurate documentation
Educate residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
