Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide consultation and/or direct speech and language services to children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays through Regional Center services.
Services will be provided in the child's home, with opportunities available throughout Orange County, California.

We are looking for an SLP who is interested in growing with our company as we continue to build our client base and expand our services.

We currently have approximately 5–7 hours per month available, with the expectation that the caseload will grow as our client base expands.
We are looking for an SLP who is interested in growing with our company and building a long-term relationship as additional clients and hours become available. As our clientele grows, there will be opportunities for additional hours.

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Services generally provided between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Initial availability is approximately 5–7 hours per month
  • Additional hours are expected to become available as our client caseload grows
Services will be provided in clients' homes throughout Orange County, California.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and/or group speech and language services in clients' homes
  • Provide consultation services to families and other service providers as appropriate
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals, including ABA therapists, occupational therapists, and other members of the child's care team
  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations as appropriate
  • Administer formal speech, language, and developmental assessments
  • Monitor and document client progress and maintain accurate session records
  • Collect required parent/guardian signatures following sessions
  • Develop, monitor, and update treatment goals based on client needs and progress
  • Participate in meetings with families and other service providers as needed
  • Use appropriate assessment tools and clinical procedures to evaluate speech and language development
  • Submit accurate documentation and time records in accordance with company procedures
Required Skills
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university or college
  • Current California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certification
  • Minimum 1 year of speech therapy experience preferred
  • Early intervention experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to provide services generally between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and other service providers
  • Professional liability and other required professional insurance coverage, as applicable
