Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-4pm
Job Summary:
The MIG Welder is responsible for performing high-quality metal welding using the Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG) process. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components according to specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, or other metals as required
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting voltage, wire feed, and gas flow
- Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with specifications
- Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding
- Work with production teams to meet workflow and schedule requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
Required Qualifications:
- minimum 6 months of on the job experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar welding role
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols (preferred)
- Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Capable of lifting and positioning materials as required
