Full-Time Position
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance/Groundskeeper to support the overall upkeep, safety, and appearance of our facility. What You'll Do
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks throughout the facility to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
Maintain grounds, including mowing, trimming, snow removal, and seasonal landscaping to enhance the overall appearance of our facility.
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner to ensure efficient problem-solving and resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Support housekeeping and other departments as needed to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Promote a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors by consistently demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
What We're Looking For
Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience is required.
Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques is essential.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks is crucial to success.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary to ensure high-quality work.
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach to work is essential.
Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed is a must.
Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred, but not required.
