Electrician

CDR ProSource is seeking an Industrial Electrician in Paw Paw, MI. This position is ideal for a technician with experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment in a plant environment. Candidates must be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment.

Job Location: Paw paw, Michigan.
Pay Rate: $23 – $25 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and plant systems (electrical, mechanical, and electronic)
• Perform machine rebuilds, preventive maintenance, and general repairs
• Perform welding and machining of parts when required
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Comply with electrical codes and industrial safety standards
• Operate ladders, man lifts, and perform work at heights
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment

Qualifications
• Journeyman Wireman license and electrician card (required)
• Dual-trade experience (electrical and mechanical) preferred
• Knowledge of machinery repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and technical schematics
• Knowledge of control panels (PLC experience preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Must have own tools
• Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed
• Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and operate man lifts
• Physically demanding work in an industrial manufacturing environment
