  • Lead matrimonial and family law cases annually, focusing on child custody, child support, and family offenses with a client-centered approach.
  • Achieve a high client satisfaction rate by providing compassionate, timely, and personalized legal solutions.
  • Effectively advocate in court for client interests through robust legal strategies and articulate presentations.
  • Develop and execute successful negotiation tactics resulting in equitable and beneficial settlements for clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of paralegals and assistants, effectively utilizing firm resources to enhance case preparation and management.
  • Contribute to the firm's practice growth by providing insightful legal advice and participating in community engagement activities.

As part of our diverse legal team, you will work alongside nearly 20 skilled attorneys and a dedicated support staff. You will have access to the latest legal research tools and a supportive administrative team to manage caseloads efficiently. This role reports directly to the firm's Head of Family Law Practice.


Essential Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in matrimonial or family law, demonstrating successful client representation and case management.
  • Proven litigation experience with a strong record in negotiation and advocacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
