About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team in Carmichael, CA. You'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Provide hands-on therapy to support patient rehabilitation goals
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure high-quality care
Educate patients and families on home exercises and safe movement strategies
Qualifications
Active California PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required
