Trailer Lead
Location: Mesquite, TX 75149
Schedule: 1st M-Thur 6am-4:30pm OT on Fridays as needed.
Pay rate: $16
- Lead and support a small team of assemblers to meet daily production goals.
- Install axles, tires, wiring, lights, and other components per work order and factory specifications.
- Perform manual assembly using hand and power tools.
- Verify team members follow safety and quality standards.
- Test equipment for proper functionality and ensure accurate fitment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Proven leadership or lead experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
- Ability to train, motivate, and coordinate a team effectively.
- Experience using tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and screw guns.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, climbing, and standing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of electrical or mechanical assembly experience required.
