What You’ll Get:
$22–$28/hour as a lead coach, with potential raises based on performance
Paid training and full reimbursement for child safety clearances
Flexible scheduling, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Minimal prep — we provide a complete, curriculum-based lesson plan

What You’ll Do:
Lead sessions that blend soccer skills with character development
Deliver high-energy, engaging classes for children ages 2–8
Create a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere on the field
Communicate clearly with families and represent our core values
Coaches may be asked to lead sessions across multiple neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia, so flexibility and reliable transportation are a plus.
No coaching experience required — we provide all training! Experience working with children through babysitting, camps, classrooms, tutoring, childcare, or similar roles is a plus.
