Part Time PT Pay Range is $42 to $55 per hour.
PRN PT Pay Range is $50 to $60 per hour.

Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center, a brand new facility in Gainesville, Virginia, is seeking a talented and compassionate Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team! Our center is committed to providing world-class rehabilitation care, and we're looking for a dedicated professional to help us achieve this goal.
About the Role:
As a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) at Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing expert physical therapy services to help our patients recover from illness or surgery. You will assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym and exclusive Mobility Gym provide a unique environment for you to work with patients, helping them regain their strength, mobility, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement and modify physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and techniques
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and communication
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation, meeting all regulatory requirements
