Location: Fremont, CA

• Pay Rate: $44–$49/hr

• Shift: Days

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Weekend Requirement: No weekend rotation

• Employment Type: Permanent Placement

Requirements

• Active OTA license required

• SNF / Rehab experience preferred
