Your Impact

As the Registered Dietitian, you will serve as a key member of our clinical team, helping residents achieve optimal health, wellness, and quality of life through personalized nutrition care.

Your expertise will directly influence resident outcomes, support regulatory compliance, and enhance the overall dining and nutritional experience throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for residents

  • Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on medical conditions, dietary needs, and personal preferences

  • Monitor residents' nutritional status and make recommendations to optimize outcomes

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, and other interdisciplinary team members

  • Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to resident-centered care strategies

  • Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics and best practices

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility dietary regulations

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nutrition records

  • Provide guidance and support to dietary and food service staff

  • Assist in developing programs that promote resident wellness, satisfaction, and quality of life

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field

  • Current Registered Dietitian (RD) Credential Required

  • Long-Term Care or Healthcare Experience Preferred

  • Strong Clinical Assessment and Documentation Skills

  • Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building Abilities

  • Ability to Work Independently While Thriving as Part of an Interdisciplinary Team
