We are large enough to handle your needs, and small enough to care.HVAC Installer Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on union cardWork Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | overtime availableWhat You Will Be Doing: Retrofit / Changeout of residential heating and air conditioning systemsDucted and ductless systems Installing Indoor Air Quality accessories, and ductwork Installing boilers Radiant heat and steam systems Test and balance systemsConsult with customers and answer their questions Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installersMaintaining a high-quality and timely job performance What We Provide: Take home company vehicle + gas card Warehouse support staffCompany Uniform Company PhoneTraining opportunities for industry certificationDealer training for Carrier and MitsubishiBenefits: Union Benefits Medical, Dental, and vision Insurance What We Are Looking For: 3 years of experience performing residential HVAC retrofit and system replacement projectsPrevious experience serving as a crew leader or overseeing installation teamsCurrent EPA Type I & II Certification or EPA Universal Certification requiredSkilled in the installation of gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, mini-split systems, and other residential HVAC equipmentExperience with boiler installation, setup, and replacementStrong knowledge of HVAC system design, ductwork layout, fabrication, and installation practicesCapable of mentoring, training, and directing less-experienced technicians and installersThorough understanding of HVAC low-voltage controls, wiring, and system operationPhysically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of daily job dutiesHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent education requiredMust possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving recordCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
