ACIBuilds.com Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Modular Electrician to join our team in a fast-paced modular construction/manufacturing environment. This role involves installing, troubleshooting, and testing electrical systems in modular buildings prior to delivery and installation on-site. The ideal candidate has strong electrical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production setting. Responsibilities· Install electrical wiring, conduit, panels, fixtures, and devices in modular units· Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams· Perform rough-in and finish electrical work on modular structures· Ensure all work complies with NEC, local, and state electrical codes· Test electrical systems for proper operation and safety· Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues during production· Work closely with other trades (plumbing, framing, HVAC) to ensure smooth workflow· Maintain a clean and safe work area· Meet production schedules and quality standards Qualifications· High school diploma or GED required· Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience· 2+ years of experience as an electrician (modular, residential, or commercial preferred)· Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices· Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics· Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment· Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on feet for extended periods· Reliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred Qualifications· Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification· Prior experience in modular, manufactured housing, or prefab construction· Forklift or lift certification· Experience working in a factory or production environment Benefits· Competitive pay with overtime opportunities· Health, dental, and vision insurance· 401(k) with company match· Paid time off and holidays· Stable, year-round work (indoor facility)· Opportunities for advancement and skill development Work Environment· Indoor manufacturing facility· Climate-controlled work areas (in many locations)· Team-oriented, safety-first cultureElectricianFinal compensation will be determined based on experience, education, licensure, skills, and other relevant factorsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
