Job Summary:

As a GPN at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will work under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff to provide patient-centered care to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and performing vital signs. Our supportive team will work with you to gain critical nursing experience and prepare for your licensing exam.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Perform vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature checks

• Assist with mobility and ambulation exercises

• Document patient information and vital signs
