Job Description
Alongside ABA is dedicated to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals in homes, schools, and clinic settings. Our mission is to help individuals achieve their fullest potential through personalized care and support. We are seeking an experienced ABA Scheduler to join our team. The ABA Scheduler will be responsible for efficiently scheduling ABA therapists across multiple settings, including homes, schools, and clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to clients and therapists.
Pay: $22 - $27 / hour
Availability: Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm (Full-Time, In-Person)

Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the schedules of ABA therapists across various locations (homes, schools, clinics).
- Ensure optimal match between client needs and therapist availability.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly to clients and therapists.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in the system.
- Work closely with the clinical team to understand client needs and therapist qualifications.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and adjustments in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the ABA department as needed.

Required Skills- Minimum 1 year of experience (at least 3 years preferred) in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or therapy setting.
- Familiarity with ABA therapy and understanding of its importance in various environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in scheduling software (CodeMetro, MeasurePM, or anything similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
