Key Responsibilities of an HVAC Installer:

- Install HVAC/R equipment, including duct systems, fittings, grilles, registers, diffusers, controls, and related components.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may delay project completion, ensuring timely and efficient work.

- Provide feedback and suggestions to supervisors, sales teams, and other departments to enhance quality and reduce costs.

- Complete approved repairs and system improvements within established timeframes.

- Collect payments from clients as required, ensuring accurate documentation and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications of an HVAC Installer:

- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience.

- Universal 608 EPA certification.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks associated with HVAC installation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and adhere to safety standards.
