Location: Wilson, NC
Pay: $23.00–$29.50/hour
Shift: Any Shift - Multiple/As Needed
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and helping minimize production downtime.
The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and make necessary repairs to return machinery to service.
  • Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to established procedures.
  • Assist with installation, adjustment, and setup of manufacturing equipment.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and other maintenance tools safely.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues as required.
  • Work with production personnel to address equipment-related concerns and minimize downtime.
  • Follow all safety procedures, maintenance standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance work area.
  • Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.
  • Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical and electrical diagrams.
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work safely around industrial equipment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Physical & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work around manufacturing equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move maintenance materials and equipment as required.
  • Work may involve exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures.
  • Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Compensation
$23.00–$29.50/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
