About the Role

As a Lil’ Kickers Coach, you’ll be part of a program that introduces children to the joy of soccer while helping them develop important life skills like teamwork, confidence, and coordination. This is more than just a coaching job—it’s an opportunity to inspire kids and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in fun, engaging soccer-based classes for children.
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment where kids can thrive.
• Follow the Lil’ Kickers curriculum to ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized space for activities.

What We’re Looking For

No prior experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and great with kids.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
• Passionate about sports, fitness, or child development.
