Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report changes in patient status to the registered nurse or physician
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and demonstrating empathy and compassion to our residents

Requirements:
Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Michigan
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
