Resident Assistant (RA)Southern Oaks Place – Blaine, MNSouthern Oaks Place is seeking caring and dependable Resident Assistants (RA) to join our team and support residents with daily living needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and meaningful engagement.This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and working in a supportive senior living environment. As a Resident Assistant, you will provide hands-on care and assist with daily activities while working closely with nursing leadership and fellow team members to ensure residents feel safe, respected, and valued. POSITION SUMMARYThe Resident Assistant provides direct personal care and support to residents according to individualized care plans and delegated nursing tasks. This position focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living, engagement, and safety while maintaining a respectful and compassionate approach.This role does not include medication administration.
