What You’ll Do as an LPN

  • Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition changes

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

  • Provide education and support to residents and families

  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards, safety, and facility policies

  • Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism with high‑acuity residents

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members


Qualifications

  • Valid Georgia LPN license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Prior long‑term care or nursing home experience preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
