We’re seeking a Wage & Hour Attorney with expertise in class action wage & hour cases who is eager to deliver exceptional client service without sacrificing personal balance.
Responsibilities
- Litigate wage & hour class action cases from intake through resolution.
- Draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and appear in court.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and hearings.
- Collaborate with team members while mentoring junior attorneys and staff.
Qualifications
- JD and active New York Bar membership in good standing.
- 3+ years of wage & hour and employment class action experience.
- Strong knowledge of New York labor laws, PAGA, and FLSA.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
