Regional Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW

Job Summary:

Sweetwater Care, a skilled nursing facilitator newly introduced to Massachusetts, is in search of a highly skilled and compassionate Regional Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW to join our team in the greater Boston area. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients, including assessments, therapy sessions, and case management) as well as overseeing the workflow and outcomes of those you steward ( other LCSWs and social service personal) If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and possess excellent clinical skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services to clients, including assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, and case management

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families

  • Conduct many other duties, including mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client services and treatment plans

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of program policies and procedures

  • Guide and mentor other LCSWs in the same demographic

Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical social work setting

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

  • Active NPI in good standing with the state
