Sales Analyst

· Prepare and distribute weekly point-of-sale reporting, including sales trends, performance insights, and business risks

· Compile and analyze Walmart US and Mexico sales and market share reporting

· Pull US return-rate and Return analyze data to identify trends and support issue resolution

· Investigate purchase-order pricing and system discrepancies with internal cross-functional partners

· Manage internal and Walmart new-item creation and ongoing item maintenance processes

· Maintain accurate item and cost information across internal systems and Walmart platforms

· Complete and support Walmart QMS quotes, form population, and Supplier One requirements

· Research deduction discrepancies and assist with supporting documentation and resolution

· Coordinate sample tags and sample-tracking requests to support sales managers and customer needs

· Partner daily with the sales team to understand priorities and provide effective business support

· Navigate Retail Link, Item 360 (i360), QMS, Scintilla, and Supplier One for account execution

· Maintain data integrity and improve reporting, processes, and standardized tools where appropriate

· High attention to detail, organization, and commitment to data integrity

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
