We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist, Full Time or PRN, to join our team at Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes
Conduct thorough evaluations and reassessments to ensure optimal patient care
Work collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
