Requirements:
Active state license required
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
Minimum 2 years of recent experience preferred
Middle Georgia’s premier nursing facility with 60 skilled nursing/rehab/memory care beds, 12 private personal care rooms, and 3 independent living apartments to make up a complete continuum care community
