Large Format Lead

Job Summary: Directs the large format production area, producing a wide range of
large-scale graphics including banners, signs, installs, and rigid substrates.

Key Responsibilities:
%CF; Manage large format print and finishing schedules.
%CF; Operate and maintain large format printers
%CF; Operate and maintain laminators, plotters, and cutting equipment.
%CF; Ensure accurate color output and precise finishing.
%CF; Oversee material inventory for large format.
%CF; Train and supervise large format production staff.
%CF; Coordinate installation for large format projects when applicable.
%CF; Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.

Skills: Expertise in large format printing technologies, material knowledge (vinyl, fabrics,
rigid substrates), finishing techniques, color management, ability to read and interpret
design files, safety protocols for large equipment.
