What a Typical Shift Looks Like

• Arrive prepared and run production equipment with consistency and focus.
• Follow clearly defined SOPs and quality checkpoints to ensure a top-tier product.
• Spot unusual sounds, vibrations, or trends early and report them before they cause delays.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
• Meet output goals while protecting quality at every step.
• Work within a team that values accountability and looks out for one another.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $21.50–$23.50 depending on shift
• Multiple shifts available
• All shifts are 12 hours
