• Skilled Nursing Facility Setting

• ASAP Start

• $34 – $36 per hour

• Approx. $1,360 – $1,440 per week gross

• Active COTA license required

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred

• Previous Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required

• BLS certification preferred

• Assist Occupational Therapists with patient treatment plans

• Help patients improve daily living and functional skills

• Document patient progress and therapy activities

• Support rehabilitation and restorative care services

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
