Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT) | Worcester, MA

We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to help patients regain mobility and independence while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Location: Worcester, MA

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Contract Length: 13 weeks (or per facility need)

• Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary by facility)

• Active Physical Therapist License (Massachusetts)

• BLS certification (required)

• New graduates welcome to apply

• SNF experience preferred

• Must provide negative COVID test within 72 hours prior to start date (results must be issued 48 hours prior to start)

• Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

• Evaluate patients and create individualized therapy plans

• Deliver therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed

• Collaborate with PTAs, nurses, and other interdisciplinary staff

• Document patient care, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately

• Educate patients and families on safe mobility techniques and home programs

• 13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility
