Schedule based on facility needs
Deliver OT treatments under OT supervision
Assist with ADLs, mobility, and rehab activities
Monitor progress and report to supervising OT
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Ensure safe, patient-centered care
Associate degree from accredited COTA program
Active California COTA license (required)
SNF or rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
