Job Description
Kleen Test Products (KTP), a leading contract manufacturer of household and personal care products, is looking for a QC Line Technician to help ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of products made for nationally recognized brands.
This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy being on the manufacturing floor, identifying quality issues before they become problems, and working closely with production teams to maintain high standards.
Candidates must be available for an in-person interview.
Shifts:- 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- Perform in-process quality inspections on production lines
- Verify product weights, measurements, labeling, coding, and appearance
- Conduct testing using quality equipment such as pH meters, balances, and vacuum testers
- Complete quality documentation accurately and on time
- Identify and communicate quality concerns to production leadership
- Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company specifications
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain product traceability and quality records
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow procedures and document results accurately
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing
- Experience performing inspections, testing, or production documentation
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA-regulated, food, personal care, pharmaceutical, or consumer products manufacturing environments
- Experience using quality testing or measurement equipment

Requirements
What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred (3-6 months in a similar role)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, defects, and quality issues
- Adaptability and flexibility to work across departments and collaborate with machine operators to resolve quality concerns
- Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly document inspection results and communicate findings to team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn spreadsheet and word processing software
- Basic math proficiency, including the ability to perform calculations using the metric system
- Demonstrated discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
