We are seeking a talented and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our dedicated team at Aspire Senior Living Carthage. As a Occupational Therapist (OTR), you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing high-quality occupational therapy services.

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) with Aspire Senior Living Carthage, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and assessing the occupational therapy needs of our residents

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being

• Providing education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on various topics, including safety, mobility, and adaptive equipment use

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of services provided

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide occupational therapy interventions, including adaptive equipment training, sensory integration techniques, and cognitive rehabilitation

• Educate and empower residents, families, and caregivers to provide ongoing support and care

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of services provided, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

• Participate in interprofessional team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
