Schedule based on facility needs
Provide OT treatments under OT supervision
Assist with ADLs and functional rehab
Monitor/report patient progress
Complete accurate documentation
Maintain safe, compliant care
Associate degree from accredited COTA program
Active California COTA license (required)
SNF or rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
