Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Care: Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs.

  • Assessment: Conduct patient assessments and collaborate on individualized care plans.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA.

  • Collaboration: Work alongside RNs and STNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active Pennsylvania LPN License.
