Responsibilities
- Provide Physical Therapy Assistant support under the supervising PT in an LTAC/skilled nursing facility environment.
- Carry out chosen components of the plan of care, including therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, ROM, strengthening, and balance activities.
- Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions, document outcomes, and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
- Assist with data collection, standard assessments, and the safe use of therapeutic modalities as delegated by the PT.
- Maintain equipment, ensure a safe therapy environment, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license (or eligible) to practice.
- Experience in LTAC or skilled nursing settings is preferred.
- Ability to work the assigned schedule (35 hours per week) in a travel assignment.
- Strong communication skills and accurate, timely documentation.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and participate in travel assignments.
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and professional standards in a healthcare setting.
