We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Liaison Nursing Home Marketer to join our team. As a Hospital Liaison, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with local hospitals and establishing a strong referral base for our facility. Responsibilities

• Meet with hospital case managers and discharge planners to build relationships and establish a strong referral base

• Meet with local assisted livings and adult homes to promote our facility and build relationships

• Coordinate and implement effective facility marketing and sales programs in the area

• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals to build referrals

• Work with the Director of Admissions & Admissions Coordinator to build referral base and coordinate admissions to the facility

Requirements

• 1 year experience in long-term care in a Marketing role

• Must have connections within the area at the local hospitals

• Demonstrated ability to understand and promote technical information (i.e. clinical outcomes, data points)

• Experience working with the local community

• Good understanding of Social Media including Facebook, Instagram

• Knowledge of nursing home admissions procedures and insurances

Salary Range: $75K-$100K
